As each nervous system reacts differently, you cannot predict in advance how quickly you will respond to the changes. We evaluate constantly. Perhaps you are free of complaints after one session and will only require maintenance sporadically. Perhaps you will require several sessions initially and then occasionally some maintenance treatment. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable is most important. Nothing is mandatory; my only goal is to improve the complaints of you or your child.
